Olympic Skateboarding

Skateboarding was welcomed to the olympics for Tokyo 2020 which later became Tokyo 2021 due to the COVID19 pandemic. I have a strong love for skateboarding and felt that there should have been a special design element to celebrate an iconic sport joining the biggest and most iconic sporting event. Which is why I designed limited edition skateboards for each GB hopeful and a limited edition skateboarding magazine to mark a momentous moment in the sports history. The brief was to design a skateboard for each of the British Olympic hopefuls. I researched each skater and designed the boards to suit their own personalities and interests.
